Thomas Palakeel

                    Dr. Thomas Palakeel has been teaching creative writing
                    and English literature at Bradley University since 1993.
                    His short stories and essays have appeared in Short Story
                    International, Manoa, North Dakota Quarterly,
                    Modern Literature, Christian Science Monitor and
                    elsewhere. His essay on a childhood at the movies in his
                    native India.
